These terms cover Versusbrief, the MCP connector and website at versusbrief.com. Last updated 27 September 2026.

What Versusbrief does

It reads public data about competitor businesses through official and commercial APIs (Meta Ad Library, EU/UK only; Google Ads Transparency via SerpApi; DataForSEO; PageSpeed Insights) and returns reports and draft ad files. Versusbrief does not publish to an ad account and never asks for access to one. You review any draft and upload it yourself.

Plans and credits

• Free: 25 credits a month, 1 brand. Solo: $29 a month, 500 credits, 1 brand. Pro: $59, 2,000 credits, 5 brands. Agency: $119, 6,000 credits, 15 brands and a white-label report page.
• One credit per data call. A full teardown is 20 credits, charged only when at least 3 of its 6 data sources answer. account_status and list_reports are free.
• Credits reset each billing period and do not roll over. Overage is off: when credits run out, tools stop until the next period or an upgrade.
• Brands count per calendar month.

Billing

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions through Stripe that renew each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; the plan stays active until the end of the paid month. If you were charged in error, or a paid month could not be used because of a fault on our side, write to support within 14 days for a refund. The charge shows on your card statement as VERSUSBRIEF.

Acceptable use

• Research businesses, not private individuals.
• One free account per person. Do not script sign-ups or share keys publicly.
• Do not resell the raw data as a dataset or try to get around rate limits, the daily data budget or plan caps.
• Check facts before you act on them. Keyword volumes and CPCs are estimates; the report is informational.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules. The service is provided as is, without a service-level agreement.

The free teardown

The form asks for one competitor domain and your email. Submitting it does not start a subscription and does not charge a card.
